The Role

As a worldwide industry leader within the social slots gaming sector, Product Madness has an exciting opportunity for a User Acquisition Manager to join our ever-expanding UA function and be part of an incredibly talented team!

You will be working alongside the best and brightest talent in the industry and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business working on one of our top-grossing games. You will have full autonomy to set the UA strategy within your channel, whilst working alongside a dynamic, supportive and inclusive team who will value your creative marketing and analytical skills.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Helping players discover our games
  • Design, create, manage and optimize UA campaigns for our mobile games
  • Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping
  • Collaboratively work with various teams within the broader organization.
  • Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying
  • Identify, develop and analyze key performance indicators
  • Run on-going A/B testing on different activity parameters
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas
About You
  • Experience in Mobile User Acquisition is a must (Gaming is an advantage)
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas) - Must
  • Highly analytical, self-motivated and a team player
  • Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read & understand data.
