User Acquisition Manager - Apple Search Ads

Description

In this role, you will manage user acquisition marketing campaigns through Apple Search Ads (ASA) to drive new players and revenue across a suite of games. You will also be closely working with the App Store Optimisation (ASO) team to build and grow synergies between ASA and ASO.

Previous hands-on experience using Apple Search Ads either direct or through a 3rd party platform is highly desirable, as well as experience of other user acquisition channels such as Google, Facebook, Ad Networks etc

You will be responsible for launching, analyzing and optimizing new and existing campaigns. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of creative and messaging, and conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Requirements

  • Launch and manage user acquisition campaigns through Apple Search Ads across multiple titles, and conduct campaign and account optimization and maintenance.
  • Align with UA and ASO teams to deliver the best possible results.
  • Conducting keyword research to identify new opportunities and manage existing keywords.
  • Track and analyze results to maximize yield on ad spend and increase ROI.
  • Generate detailed spend and performance reports using relevant KPI metrics (such as CPI, ROAS, Retention) specific to goals, and present to management.
  • Work with other Product Madness and Aristocrat group teams, stakeholders and the leadership team to improve strategy, user acquisition and campaign performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key external partners.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to stay informed on industry changes that could impact the overall success of paid media campaigns, feeding this back to the company where necessary.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events (both online and in-person).

About You
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Apple Search Ads is highly desirable, either as an advertiser or working in an agency or 3rd party environment
  • A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and its metrics
  • Understanding of the key drivers of ASO
  • Excellent analytical skills specifically focused on multi-touch attribution models
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Familiarity with 3rd party ad-tech platforms and solutions (such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, App Annie, Sensor Tower etc)
