Associate Operations Coordinator

As the Associate Operations Coordinator you will work closely with the leadership team within the different Streamline brands to be the bridge between various departments to ensure that processes smoothly. Your responsibilities will extend over a range of disciplines such as finance, training, human resources, and recruitment.


  • Coordinate with team managers and finance department to accurately track project cost and profitability.
  • Work with team leads and People Hub team to ensure smooth onboarding of new team members.
  • Oversee training initiatives with team managers, ensure that appropriate materials are purchased, programmes are followed, and measure success of individual training initiatives. Where possible looking at appropriate grants from the government and other institutions.
  • Track and ensure that operational needs to teams are met (hardware, software, etc), work with the relevant departments to ensure that needs are fulfilled.
  • Assist with managing and communicating employee benefit plans in conjunction with the General Managers, Finance team, and People Hub team.
  • Work with the General Managers and team leads to manage the internship programs, sourcing interns, liaising with partner institutions, and working with marketing team on promoting our programs.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


  • Great written and spoken communications skills
  • Detail and task oriented
  • Flexibility in terms of using different software and tools to accomplish their goals (Office 365, Trello, Jira, etc)
  • Desire to work in a team environment

Beneficial Skills

  • Any background knowledge/experience in finance, human resources, IT, or legal.
